EVERYONE WHO AUDITIONS WILL BE IN THE SHOW! ALL ROLES ARE OPEN TO AGES 6 TO ADULTS!
Auditions are for us to see what role(s) are right for you. If you have never auditioned before we will happily walk you through the process. Center stage wants everyone to feel comfortable and have fun through the whole process! We look forward to meeting you!
AUDITION DATES: January 11th & 14th 7pm-10pm and 16th 10am-noon
-WHAT TO PREPARE: Come ready to sing. Select a one-minute audition song that shows off your range and personality! Please bring backing tracks/know how to easily find it online. We will not have an accompanist. Choose 1 monologue to perform (in the audition packet - email CSPARcamarillo@gmail.com). We may ask you to read from the script, sing scales, and dance. Bring a water bottle and your calendar so you can let us know any conflicts you may have. (Kids under 10 may sing without music if needed).
-AUDITION LOCATION: 1500 Temple Ave. Camarillo (The Boys and Girls Club)
-REGISTER FOR AUDITIONS: To reserve a specific day/time please email us at CSPARcamarillo@gmail.com Let us know your name, age (if under 18), the day, and time frame (Mon/Thurs 7:00pm-8:00pm, 8:00pm-9:00pm, or 9:00pm-10:00pm or Sat 10am-11am, 11am-noon) you would like to audition. Sign up will be at a first come, first serve basis. Kids 12 and under will be given priority for the 7:00pm-8:00pm time slots. Expect to be there 30-60 minutes. You may also show up on either day, and we will fit you in where we have openings.
-Please bring the completed audition form, and a resume (if you have one) to auditions.
-CALL BACK AUDITIONS (by invitation only): January 16th Noon-3:00pm
REHEARSALS: Starting January 23rd. Mondays & Thursdays 7-10pm and Saturdays 10am-2:30pm
(Depending on your role you may not be called for every rehearsal /need to be there the whole time. We will try to have kids done no later than 9pm).
Tech Week Rehearsals: April 26th-29th (Monday – Friday)
Pickup Rehearsal: May 6th 6:30pm-10pm .
No Rehearsals: Feb. 15th & March 26th -31st
SHOW DATES:

-Saturday May 1st at 2pm & 7pm
-Friday May 7th at 7pm
-Saturday May 8th at 2pm & 7pm
